It smells like summer, it feels like summer, and I haven’t had a pen in my hand since the start of my holiday from university (hooray for me!)... So im kind of getting sick of the clothes in my wardrobe (very dull and lifeless) and want a change, luckily for me I have saved up a little bit of cash from the duties of waitressing- I can now wonder the streets of Leeds for floral printed dresses, biker jackets and sandles, I have noticed some really nice Maxi dresses in the Boutique section of Topshop, and some decent ones in Primark and H&M, Long dresses were a huge hit last summer and now their a come back for Spring/Summer 2010 and are seen on the catwalk of Luella and Christian Dior...
As im short, I fear the dress will make me look even more shorter.. What do you think of Maxi's? Will they suit me?? Or will they make me look shorter?

Maxi dresses <3 Lovely selection, the bottom row are gorgeous! I just posted a blog about a maxi dress I bought at the weekend, if that is any help? I'm only 5ft, and I was pleasantly surprised that a maxi suited me! xD Also, while on my internship, I've spotted some great maxis at H&M, Next, F+F at Tesco and Boohoo.com :)

Just came across your blog and really liked your first post!! Love the maxi dresses! Me too, i'm short and not too sure about maxi dresses... might give it a try though, it's such an amazing trend. My advice: just go to the stores and try them on, best with a friend who can let you know right away if it suits you ;)
